Deskripsi Pekerjaan
You are great at:
- Managing Salesforce CRM for creation of accounts and leads management
- Distributing leads to the commercial teams on a daily basis. Define and implement continuous improvement projects for quantity, quality, convertibility and efficiency metrics.
- Executing lead search for each of the sources based on work plan. Compare data extracted from external sources with the internal database to identify new leads. Create newly identified leads into salesforce with the basic account’s information.
- Generating weekly/monthly reports for commercial teams to analyze the lead performance and optimize allocation strategies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
What it takes:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in relevant roles.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables etc).
- Prior experience in managing CRMs (Salesforce is highly preferred but not required)
