Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Writing and posting technical job descriptions
- Sourcing potential candidates
- Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interviewing candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Coordinating with IT team leaders in forecasting department goals and hiring needs
- Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Promoting company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Conducting job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Supporting HR development activities
- Participating in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Kualifikasi Minimum
- What it takes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience in a related field
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g phone, online)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for the IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases and niche platforms like Github
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, Boolean search)
- Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring
- Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Well-organized and structured working style
