Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will work as an assistant to the Business Development team. In addition to various administrative tasks, the role focuses on the implementation, organization and facilitating finance systems and ensuring the up-to-dateness of internal time-logs.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Performing finance administrative tasks by using our tool
- Sending out and tracking of payment to our client
- Various office management tasks
- Fixed asset management and procurement
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1+ years experience in a related field
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
- Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
- Well-organized and structured working style
