We are looking for an Executive Relations Associate who can provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executive.
The Executive Relations Associate’s main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily calendars of manager
- Coordinates events, including conferences and seminars
- Act as the point of contact between executives and clients
- Create regular reports and update internal databases
- Manage phone calls and emails
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Provides wide ranges of support including; composing and editing letters, memoranda, reports, presentations and cases.
- Manages meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Creates and maintains filing system(s)
- Respond promptly to managers’ queries
- Contributes to unit effort by accomplishing related duties as required
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
