Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Achieve sales and collection target of the district
- Implement marketing activities as cascaded by management
- Maintain good business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Coach, train, and develop PMRs to meet job requirements
- Conduct PMR appraisal to provide feedback and areas for improvement
- Conduct field audits to ensure adherence to company policies and practices
- Ensure compliance of PMRs' administrative tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate
- Self-motivated and is good at problem-solving
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in district/team management is an advantage
- Residing in Cebu
