Warehouse and Logistics Lead  

As Warehouse and Logistics Lead, you will oversee the supply chain process, liaise with customers and suppliers, manage and supervise associates, and ensure health and safety regulations are met.

To be successful in this role, we will need you to do the following:

1. Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational procedures.
2. Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
3. Produce reports and statistics regularly (In/Out status report, inventory report, etc.)
4. Maintain close cooperation with the Operations Manager in relation to all relevant warehouse matters.
5. Lead organization and maintenance of inventory and stock control by ensuring that warehouses/storage areas remain clean and organized, including identifying areas where processes and practices can be improved.
6. Monitor shipments and deliveries through the utilization of reports and documentation.
7. Ensure that orders are fulfilled including preparing the necessary paperwork (i.e. invoices).
