Kumu Brand Ambassador Talent Compliance Officer

In A Nutshell, a TCO will be expected to achieve the following:

• Increase engagement of branded streams.
• Increase turnover of streamer hires per brand.
• Increase talents being hired for branded streams.

If you're up for it:

We will count on you to manage the relationship with Content Creators who are tapped for brand ambassadorship, which includes but are not limited to:

• Liaising between the Ad Revenue, Talent Development, and Kumunity teams for shortlisting of talent/s.
• Ensures quality of the brand ambassador given the brand brief.
• Monitors the branded streams and regular streams.
• Conducts pre-production and post-production with the talent and Account Manager.
• Grades branded streams and gives feedback to the Account Manager, Talent/Dev/Kumunity, and the Talent Managers of agencies (if applicable).
• Scout for talent for branded streams.
• Develop, initiate and improve ways for Brand Ambassadorship and training.

You will also be in charge of:

• Negotiating talent fees with the Talent Managers (if applicable).
• Facilitating correct and swift payouts.
• Training, if deemed necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree holder;
• Experience in Accounts Management, Public Relations, and handling negotiations is a plus;
• Able to uphold and emphasize the importance of branding;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
