Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Generally assist the Corporate Development Department (CDD) in the daily execution of corporate development and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and ensure timely compliance on various government standards affecting the different commercial programs and initiatives.
- Manage relationships, represent CDD and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and relevance.
- Support internal legal counsel in program-related contract management and related initiatives.
- Carry out other related duties as may be required by the management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Political Science/Legal Management and other similar areas.
- At least 3 years of related experience preferably in telecommunication, media and/or entertainment industry.
- Above-average oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and execute government policies and regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including senior management, third parties and external regulatory agencies.
