Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Manage a full spectrum of HR functions with a hands-on approach. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Payroll
- Maintain employees leave records with proper approvals; collect time and attendance records
- Maintain office’s overtime, night differential hours and shift schedule
- Maintain updated employee records, including personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and salary changes.
- Act as a bridge between payroll vendors and employees, assist in gathering required information and payroll preparation by providing relevant data (bank account details of employees, payslip, personnel-related data etc)
- Work closely with vendors and colleagues on required statutory reporting requirement; arrange the signing of documentation.
- Review and confirm monthly payroll prepared by vendor, arrange fund transfer
- Work closely with vendor on monthly filing of company’s payroll tax returns and remittance forms as per statutory requirement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly compensation reports; budget and forecast
- Verify and arrange payment for vendor’s service fee
- Maintaining and update employee records, including personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and salary changes.
- Assist with yearly salary and bonus review process, including analysis and reporting.
- Monthly filing of company’s payroll tax returns and remittance forms as per statutory requirement.
- Responsible for all HR related filing. E.g. monthly remittance, contribution and provide employee status update to BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF and/or other required government agencies.
- File loan application for salary loan; Apply medical reimbursement if any.
- Compute tax annualization for each employee.
Employee Relations
- Build effective relationships with all key stake holders
- Organize staff engagement, rewards, and recreational programs
- Update senior management for any staff issues where necessary
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures; Prepare documents where necessary
HR Operations
- Ensure full compliance under employment law regulations. Give advice on employment law.
- Develop staff handbooks; Develop and implement office policies
- Assist in deployment of HR processes to ensure high quality HR services
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
- Manage office medical and insurance policy and review on yearly basis
- Contract with vendors to provide employee services
- Give advice and administer employee leave, other benefits and performance management systems
- Ad hoc HR projects
- Orientation and other training support
