Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The role focuses on building and extending client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients of assigned region.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Generating target candidate lists through online and telephonic means
- Identifying key talent based on the "Must Haves" of the client
- Involvement in the documentation, data maintenance, and reporting of results
- Involvement in international and regional support from emerging leader to director level
- Utilization of ad response screening, resume screening from the database, and phone screening techniques to qualify candidates for shortlist
- Accountability to progress a candidate for recommendation to the lead consultant
- Facing clients when necessary
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
- Experience working in a Global / RPO / Shared Services set-up
- Ability to build strong relationships and to maintain strong talent pipeline
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
