Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support monitoring and maintain Newsroom system application and backoffice support
- Identify problems and errors prior to or when it occurs and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail
- Diagnosis and Investigation any issue occurs and communicate incident to stakeholders
- Resolution and recovery any issue occurs
- Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
- Maintain a record of all work efforts in the service desk system to provide quantitative measures on system performance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer and Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related majors.
- Have at least 1 year working experience (freshgraduate are welcome to apply)
- Have knowledge about master Microsoft operating system
- Able to work with quick and precise analysis when there are complaints from users about the computer
- Understand computer hardware components and how to assemble them
- Understand about wired and wireless network topology
- Able to repair the network immediately
- Understand viruses, malware & spyware
- Advanced how to solve devices related to computers, such as printers & scanners
- Ability to communicate clearly, timely, and professionally with both technical and non-technical users
