Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients in KG Radio Network, understanding their event goals and ensuring our services align with their needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to deliver on client expectations and project requirements.
- Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and client needs to proactively suggest improvements and new solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the media industry, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of media services, advertising, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
