What will we do?
1. Discover development needs for lots of unique individuals across several units, functions and backgrounds.
2. ⁠Develop relevant tools to provide a big picture of people’s characteristics.
3. ⁠Build a community that passionately values the importance of self-awareness and people development.
4. ⁠Help people to be aware about the value, pupose and alignment of Discovery Kognisi products for their own needs.
5. ⁠Collaborate with all Growth Center’s businesses to enhance people development that is aligned with the values and purpose of Kompas Gramedia.

Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience Needed:
- A university fresh graduate in Psychology (or related fields) or having 1 year or more experience in related field.
- ⁠Familiar with statistical analysis and psychometrics.

Other Requirements:
1. Having a huge concern with people development and welfare
2. ⁠Having a genuine interest to learn and understand about people.
3. ⁠Motivated to do research, even with unfamiliar topics.
4. ⁠Feeling pleased whenever able to help people to be the better version of themselves.
5. ⁠Align with the purpose, vision, mission and values of Kompas Gramedia.
