Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for managing, providing problem solving and distributing (if escalation is needed) for each report and request that comes from users;
- Managing hardware and software maintenance to support the smooth running of business processes as well as learning and teaching at UMN;
- Responsible for administration and inventory support for PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment;
- Manage accounts for all services provided by UMN.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum possess associate degree in Computer or Electrical
- Preferably have an interest or experience in the field of technology, communication and information
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
