Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and manage project time lines and resources utilizing Agile methodologies for various size projects
- Define project scope and objectives, create and maintain a project plan with resource estimation and deadlines
- Facilitate activities including sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives, and daily scrums
- Manage day-to-day activities of the team, including creating, prioritizing & managing the backlogs of activities
- Work closely with the testing team to ensure thorough testing of modules/application/interfaces
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have min. 5 years experience in managing projects, preferably in IT solution industry (as agile coach or scrum master roles)
- Proven work of successfully implementing software/web development using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and scaled agile frameworks
- Solid understanding in using Agile Project Management tools such as JIRA, Proofhub, Version One or equivalent
- Result-oriented and independent to drive progress and strong focus on quality
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Good verbal and written communication in english
