Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Able to analyze feasibility studies which include the viability of a project to determine whether the project or venture is likely to succeed, determining strength, weakness, opportunity & threat and competitive analysis in event industry
- Developing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
- maintain existing customer and identifying new revenue opportunities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- Collaborating with management on sales goals
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor degree of all major
- Min. 3-5 years experienced as a Business Development
- Experienced in events would be a plus
- Excellent organizational skills, strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to sell value and create credibility
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and condifentiality
