Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct review, analysis, and update performance review and performance appraisal
- Conduct and support end-to-end process of the organization/reorganization structure design
- Conduct and support end-to-end process of mapping the hybrid workplace design
- Support culture implementation
- Support job analysis & job evaluation
- Support change management & HR audit
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree majoring in any field, preferably Management or Industrial Engineering
- Having at least 1 year of working experience in the HR or Organizational Development either generalist or specialist
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities
- Proactive, initiative, and adaptive
- Able to work under minimum supervision
The contract period will be offered for 6 months-basis (can be renewed after performance review)
