Social Media Specialist  

Responsible to managing all digital asset, especially primary accounts through planning, creating, uploading content, interacting & mapping with audiences as well as benchmarking with other social media accounts to support Harian Kompas's performance on social media.

What will you do?

• Plan schedules, design, create and upload (posts), and manage daily content (Monday-Sunday) for each digital asset owned by Kompas, especially on priority accounts

• Responsible for the performance of the company's social media accounts.

• Execute the contents and learn the characteristics of digital asset platforms, audience behavior, explore insights, and take the initiative to propose content that can invite interesting and useful conversations according to the needs of Kompas Daily.

• Benchmarking on social media accounts and references for relevant and current content references, as well as content that can increase engagement and public participation in digital and social media areas.

• Learn the characteristics and mapping the audience (community, KOL, public figures, fans and quiz hunters) both negative and positive to be stored as a database.

• Bachelor Degree in Comunication Science or related
• 1-2 years working experience in social media or digital fields
• Social Media experts : Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc
• Good knowledge on business process in social media fields
• Master in marketing concepts and promotion techniques thorugh social media
• Good in Bahasa and English
• Good in following and reading nation and international trends
• Creative, analytical and achievement orientation.
