Producer - Harian Kompas  

Responsible for planning concepts and implementation of news video content production, feature video, and ensuring the quality of video result appropriate with standard to improve the quality of Kompas digital product.

What will you do?

- Planning and producing daily, weekly, or special edition of video content
- Plan production budgeting
- Ensuring consistency of content production on schedule and on deadline
- Maintain the quality of content and visual
- Editing the script to match with journalistic rules
- Ensuring and directing journalist in the field (taking picture and video) in accordance with production planning and have the same quality standards for news videos and short story videos

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (S1) in any fields
- Min. 2 years working experiences in producer or related
- Mastering production management (Content production, budgeting, managing teams, create production timeline, etc)
- Good knowledge about organizational workflow and digital production flow
- Mastering script writing, program type, editing, live on tape (LoT) and live on cam.
- Good knowledge on journalism roles
