Learning Administrator Intern (Customer Success)  

Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia (also known as Growth Center Kompas Gramedia) is looking for Learning Administrator Intern. The intern will be working in the Kognisi project, our online learning platform both for internal Kompas Gramedia employees and external client partners, in managing all operational matters of the platform, from learning experience to performance analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Growth Center's public learning platform's operational tasks such as:
  • Ensure positive learning experience for all users,
  • Conduct correspondence with the users in their learning process - from the initial login to receiving certificates after learning completion,
  • Implement risk management initiatives related to the stakeholders' data with the Platform team;
• Provide report of every contents from the learning platform periodically.
• Escalating all user complaints that come in through existing channels
• Committed to maintaining SLA (Service Level Agreement) for less than 2 hours (working hours) to escalate user complaints and questions
• Maintain user and partner satisfaction who are stakeholders of Kognisi and LMS
• Manage daily performance data and report on insights found from daily performance data.
• Perform quality checks of each content and its completeness on the platform
• Help prepare and ensure the completeness of documents from learning content and learning events on the platform.

• Bachelor's preferred (Final year students are welcome to apply).
• Strong attention to detail;
• Proven project management skill and experience;
• Good copywriting skill;
• Basic data analytics skill would be an advantage.
