Present a clear framework for simplicity and focus on the following priorities for enhancing efficiency and developing staff recruitment, connections, and commitment:

• Creating EVP (Employer Value Proposition)
• Increase the amount of quality applicants, employee retention, and employee loyalty to the organization by developing individuals through a work program based on its EVP
• Assisting with the planning and execution of events for staff
• Monitoring and reporting on social media

• Hold Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Organizational Industrial Psychology

• At least 1 years of working experience with the same role

• Creative with a passion for photography and storytelling, as well as a knack for writing

• A basic understanding of Canva is required. It will be advantageous if you are familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software

• Ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders

• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written), able to work either independently or teamwork
