Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Supervision over billings and invoices made
- Maintain accurate records and control reports
- Update accounts receivable by monitoring and coordinating all processing performed on orders shipped
- Generating company's turnover and receivables reports
- Assist in financial planning with the help of cash forecasting
- Monitor expenses and implement corrective actions by identifying significant discrepancies
- Contribute critical information to comply with the company's strategic objectives
- Maintain company confidentiality at all times
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in collections and credit
- Superior spreadsheet skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Prior background in an accounts receivable position
- Expertise with accounting software platforms e.g. SAP FICO
- Mastering the basics of taxation (PPN and PPH)
- Highly skilled and proficient at verifying financial or transactional data
- Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to exhibit composure, patience, and confidence when facing difficult situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
