Learning Course Project Manager  

Learning Course Project Manager will be working in Corporate Human Resources - Growth Center Kompas Gramedia. The Project Manager will be working in the Kognisi (Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights) team to enable Kompas Gramedia employees and the general public in expanding their knowledge with various learning materials, such as online learning courses and webinars.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing learning courses production strategy (curriculum, fasilitator, SOP & SLA) of Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights (Kognisi) in an efficient and effective manner.
2. Managing resources (budget, time, human resources) in learning courses planning, production, and evaluation processes.
3. Evaluating learning courses performance and effectiveness in Kognisi platform.

• Bachelor degree in related fields with one (1) year experience (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply);
• Passionate in online education and/or people development;
• Full stacked experience in learning course development project or roles;
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement;
• Creative and good analytical skill.
