Learning Deployment Analyst Intern  

Deployment Analyst Intern will be working within the Kompas Gramedia University initiative in Corporate Human Resources. The intern will be working in the Kognisi (Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights) team to enable Kompas Gramedia employees and the general public in expanding their knowledge with various learning materials, mainly webinars.

Responsibilities:

• Manage online learning events in effective and efficient manner;

• Ensure that every in-class training sessions are run in accordance with the SLA & SLQ

  • Analyze potential speakers or trainers (both from internal or external of Kompas Gramedia) to share their knowledge and expertises (either online or offline in-class setting),

  • Conduct pre- and post-event deployment initiatives in accordance with the SLA & SLQ,

  • Create executive summary in accordance with the set standard (consists of overview, participants' data, and class evaluation),

  • Ensure every uploaded learning video in the Kognisi platform has met the set standard,

  • Prepare event report;

• Report weekly achievements, bottlenecks, and mitigation to every Kognisi team member using the set template.

• Bachelor degree holder (final year students are welcome to apply);
• Passionate in people development;
• Strong skill and interest in (online) event organizing;
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and team work skills;
• Strong data collection and analytics skills would be an advantage;
• Good communication and presentation skills (copywriting skill would be an advantage).
