Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The GDN Merchandiser will be responsible in planning and developing merchandising strategies that may meet company’s objectives and customer’s needs and expectations. The merchandiser will help the company in developing promotional campaigns that will boost both the marketplace’s performances and the brand clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives;
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock;
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately;
- Produce layout plans for marketplaces;
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets;
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc.;
- Create reporting and follow ups;
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- University degree holder;
- Previous experience working as a Merchandiser from e-commerce and/or retail industry;
- Proven experience in connecting and engaging brands/clients and audiences;
- Solid verbal and non-verbal communication skill, both in Indonesian and English;
- Possess good analytical, customer empathy, and persuasive communication skill;
- Comfortable working with numbers and sales data;
- Persistent and able to work well under deadline.
