Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze the performance of all marketing activities including marketing channel, marketing campaign, merchant partners, and merchant promotions.
- Develop recommendation based on performance analysis to improve digital marketing, merchant acquisition, social media, and marketing campaign strategies.
- Monitor and measure website and in-app marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop report on marketing performance of all marketing initiatives.
- Conduct multipurpose marketing research, customer surveys, and analyze benchmarking data.
- Research and implement marketing tools to support marketing operations.
- Work closely with business units in Kompas Gramedia ecosystem to provide marketing insights and recommendations based on marketing and promotion performance analysis.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Economics, statistics, mathematics, or computer science graduate from reputable universities
- Proficient in Google Sheets or other spreadsheet software
- Minimum GPA 3.25
- Numbers oriented
- Strong interest in problem solving
- Currently live in Jakarta
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English
- Possess effective and efficient communication skills
- Consistent and possess good time management skills
- Willing to learn, fun, sharp, proactive, energetic, work with enthusiasm, and a good team player
- Understand about marketing funnels, managerial economics, software engineering, e-commerce, startup industry, SQL, and algorithm concept is a plus
- Can work with fun but straightforward, tough, and serious management style
