Strategy Analyst  

The Strategy Analyst will be aiding the decision makers in Special Projects Office Kompas Gramedia (Vice-CEO and Head of Special Projects) in developing business plans in new growth industries, both non-digital and digital-related.

The analyst will be helping in conducting various researches, data collection, financial modelling, and analysis in order to create business strategy recommendations. The analyst will also aid and monitor the implementation of business recommendations; before, during, and after the implementation.

• Bachelor or Masters Degree;
• Exceptional academic and organizational achievements during undergraduate or master’s degree study, and/or previous experience (1-2 years) working in investment/corporate strategy/management consulting firm;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships and work effectively within a multitude of businesses and with people at various levels in an organization;
• Adepts at project and change management;
• Excellent understanding of research methods, data analytical skills, insights development, and information presentation skills;
• Exceptional ability to apply critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative problem solving skills;
• Self-starter professional with proven leadership qualities;
• Political awareness, cross-cultural awareness, organization astuteness, and team spirit.
