Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement a full year creative marketing campaign with an accountable and standardized method that can be comfortably digested by all teams in the organization
- Develop STP for multiple audience categories
- Liaise with internal and external clients to craft beneficial promotion campaign for both clients and customers
- Pursuit user acquisition and generating strategy and execution plan to increase user retention
- Closely monitor the landscape of product promotion competition and build recommendation based on data, evidence, and opportunity
- Provide insight for the organization and its clients based on marketing and promotion campaign result
- Work closely with multiple teams including merchant team, creative design team, engineering team, and product team to execute day-to-day marketing activities
- Regularly monitor and improve marketing campaign execution process to ensure brand and creative consistency
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Numbers and business oriented
- Having effective and efficient communication skills
- Empathetic when working with multiple clients
- Highly adaptive with dynamic direction
- Understand about software engineering, e-commerce, startup industry, SQL, and algorithm concept is a plus
- Sharp, and energetic
