• Leading team members in the delivery of technology solutions in a specific product which meet business delivery expectations.
• Mentoring team members in their professional and technical development.
• Providing technical direction and evaluating the quality of deliverables in a specific product.
• Overseeing the diagnosis of issues, evaluating and recommending the best resolution plan and executing against that plan.
• Develop, test, and implement new software programs.
• Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages.
• Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues.
• Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability.
• Resolve complex technical design issues.
• Development of technical specifications and plans.

• Have at least 3 years of total experience in software engineering
• End to end full-stack exposure
• Speaks Go or Python as the main language
• Experienced in consumer-facing product development
• Familiarity with the Agile principle and practice
• Experience in developing mobile API
• Familiarity with microservices and CI/CD
• Understand software design pattern as well as software architecture
• Demonstrate technical leadership by acting as the focal point in the previous software development process
