Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Doing field research with the users and customers of Oval products.
- Prioritize the problems found and communicate to the product team.
- Synthesizing the findings and propose rough solution based on the problem.
- Communicate and collaborate with the product team as well as interface design team.
- Documenting research result.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in conducting & analyzing quantitative and qualitative research.
- Ability to find problems and synthesize solutions from research result.
- Ability in documenting research result.
- Ability to explain and advocate usability and user-centered design within the team by communicating and presenting research findings.
- Have competent knowledge of user research matters such as Golden Rules (Shneiderman or Nielsen), Heuristic Evaluation, Usability Testing, User Interview.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university.
