Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze, develop and configure business process; translate business objectives and requirements into functional and system specifications.
- Identifies business needs and determining solutions to business problems.
- Develop process improvement or re-engineers to create effective and efficient business process.
- Assist in the design, development, and modification of HRIS to suit organizational needs and business objectives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information System, and other related fields from reputable university.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related fields is required for this position; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge and understanding about HR business and management concept, also HR application module
- Good exposure to any programming language
- Strong analytical capabilities and demonstrated process improvement
- Proactive problem solving and proposing solutions
