Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Leading project planning and implementation, facilitating the definition of project scope, objectives, and work outcomes
- Determine project assignments and resource requirements, develop full-scale project plans, collect and coordinate IT members
- Project budget managed, allocation of project managed resources, plans, and schedule of project schedules, tracking project results using appropriate tools, providing direction and support to the project team
- Quality assurance, continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress to all stakeholders (management)
- Present a report that defines the project, problem, and solution
- Implement and manage problems and risk management, and change demand management
- Work with stakeholders, to provide a Project Management methodology to deliver projects that meet agreed quality, schedule, cost and user satisfaction targets
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Information Technology & Telecommunications Industry as a Project Manager for application development work
- PMP Certificate (if any)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, planning, organizing, and decision making
- Excellent in communication, influencing and leading skills, delegation, teamwork, negotiation, conflict management
- Strong leadership skill, combined with a broad spectrum of technical and operational experience and coupled with extensive management experience also a variety of industry knowledge
- Familiar with the SDLC and PMP framework
- Know and use agile, scrum, backlog
