IT Business Analyst  

We are looking for Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our IT capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and implementing various development projects
• Gather data requirements and provide business & data analysis support for the whole company
• Document the enhancement recommendations from project managers and business stakeholders and evaluate site design and functionality
• Effectively carry out the translation of business requirements into functional specifications to satisfy the business needs and necessary system modifications
• Initiate, manage and support cross-functional projects with the aim to grow the overall business, reduce costs and optimize processes;
• Expected to work collaboratively with cross functional teams including Project, Marketing, Ops, Finance, etc.

• Effective organizational and management skills
• Good in time management and the ability for achieving the given tasks within the allocated time frame
• Collaborative and have strong drives to influence
• Convenient in operating in a fast, diverse and agile environment
• Experience applying quantitative methods in the consumer insight
• Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent from a reputable university
• 2-3 years professional experience with proven track record
• High analytical & data driven
• Excellent communicator with exceptional written and presentation skills
