Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial security and confidentiality with internal controls and recommend policies, procedures related to the same
• Maintain fixed asset register, prepayment, and monthly journals. Ensure all expenses and revenues are accounted within the reporting period
• Preparation of weekly, monthly reports such as but not limited to bank reconciliation, cash receipts, disbursements, journal postings, collection and cash position report
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax compliance.

Technical Skills

• Intermediate/Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field is required

The Junior Associate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the Operations Department specially focusing on accounting entries and substantiation, account reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, maintenance of financial security and internal controls, compliance with GAAP and other financial legal requirements, and other reporting and audit support. The role will also help keep with the current demands of clients, as well as be involved in the development of procedures that will fuel mutual success.
