Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide excellent customer support in all E-commerce related platforms of (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
- Take care of the customers, maintain work orders, follow up and solve their problems, and assist in completing cross-departmental investigations.
- Act as brand ambassadors of Lazada/Shopee in each service platform showing professionalism, and eagerness to resolve each inquiry.
- Provide recommendations for Customer support improvement.
- Build and strategize the next action points that will be taken into consideration.
- Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Knowledgeable in car/motor accessories and parts is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Excel, etc.,)
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
