Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients and pitching products and/or services
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings & inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Creating quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in BS Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 4 years of solid experience as Sales Executive, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager or related field.
- Preferably, in Financial/Technology Industries;
- Above-average communications and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
