Customer Relations Officer  

The Candidate is responsible for liaising with internal departments and works closely with other CROs and the marketing team to ensure client needs to be fulfilled effectively.

• Conducting business reviews, build and maintain a relationship with clients
• Attends client concerns and resolve to meet customer satisfaction
• Monitors company performance against service level agreement and flag potential issues
• Attends a meeting with clients and generate leads and prospects
• Updates CRM ensuring accounts managers are aware of changes within clients
• Identify and develop new market opportunities
• Contact prospects via phone, email, personal and business networks
• Perform other related duties as required and as assigned by the department head

• ​Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Strong negotiation, hunter mentality, Presentation, and project management, open-minded with a strong work ethic
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Ability in planning, organizing, teamwork, to express thoughts clearly and to interact effectively
