Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Help lawyers prepare for hearings, trials, and corporate meetings;
- Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database; confirming case status with handling lawyers;
- Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating progress of case or corporate and special projects;
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
- Provides support in the implementation, management and monitoring of various engagements, including coordinating with clients, government agencies and third parties;
- Responsible for legal documentary functions such as drafting of correspondence, emails, reports, and other legal documents;
- Files documents, pleadings, report and other documents and generally liaise with various government agencies
- Performs administrative functions such as receiving and filing of various documents, printing, photocopying, booking and tracking of financial records, preparing petty cash replenishment and daily transportation reimbursement of the government liaison officer; and
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior and lawyers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With Bachelor’s Degree preferably Philosophy or Literature, or other related course (e.g. Humanities, History, Creative Writing, Journalism, Asian Studies, International Studies, Sociology, Political Science, Legal Management) Graduates;
- With at least six-month legal and/or law firm work experience;
- Those with no related work experience, but with good caliber and/or skill set (e.g. good critical thinking, listening, communication, organizational skills, can work well under pressure, detail-oriented) are welcome to apply;
- With a high sense of urgency and responsibility.
