Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors employees’ timekeeping and attendance.
- Prepares reports of man hour statistics.
- Collate time records of employees and computes for absences and tardiness in preparation for the payroll.
- Verifies attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Review time sheets, wage computation, deductions and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Submits an accurate summary of man hours to the client for an accurate billing
- Follow ups and communicates with employees regarding work hours
- Performs clerical functions for the department and other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any four-year Business related course
- With minimum of two (2) years related work experience, be it manual timekeeping or with system for more or less 300 employees
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- With strong sense of urgency
- Patient, accurate and attentive to details
- Has strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Knows how to represent the interests and concerns of the clients and management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
- Proficient in computer applications
