- Plan, initiate, and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Conduct research to gather necessary project information and insights.
- Analyze project data and performance metrics to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
