- Lead the implementation of comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks across operational areas.
- Develop and enforce compliance measures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough insurance and industry financial analyses to inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Drive insurance product development initiatives, conceptualizing and creating innovative offerings that address evolving customer needs and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch tailored insurance solutions aligned with strategic objectives and revenue targets.
- Spearhead company-wide strategic and financial planning efforts, including scenario modeling, performance evaluations, and resource allocation.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership to navigate complex business challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Possess a strong educational background in finance or accounting, providing a solid foundation in financial principles, analysis, and management practices.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the financial services industry, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Exhibit familiarity and expertise in life sharia insurance regulation, having navigated and interpreted regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the context of Islamic finance principles and practices.
