Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintains smooth day-to-day store activities that include sales achievement, customer service, deliveries and pick-ups, and billings.
- Monitors performance of sales team which involves mentoring each employee, monitoring their daily tasks, enforcing disciplinary actions, and coordinating these with management.
- Recommends strategies and/or activities to improve overall sales performance for the branch.
- Regularly coordinates with management regarding sales performance, client feedback, and daily store operations.
- Proactively finds ways to achieve and go beyond monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Grows customer loyalty by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Increases client database by suggesting and implementing sales promotions and activities.
- Attends to customers' needs and able to recommends products based on client’s preferences.
- Shares learnings on good sales practices to other team members and branches.
- Stays updated on current lighting trends and coordinates these to management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of any Business-related course.
- Proficient in English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills.
- Creative and with good spatial abilities.
- Honest, passionate, loyal, hardworking, confident and willing to learn.
