Retail Sales Manager  

Responsible for the management of the Retail Sales Operations of the branches & ensures the highest customer satisfaction with the store’s staff efficiency & performance. Responsible for developing sales strategies to boost revenues & increasing the Company’s profitability.

1. Promotes the company's existing products and introduces new products to the market.
2. Conducts research and develops marketing opportunities and plans, identifies market trends, and suggests systems improvement to achieve the company's marketing goals.
3. Implements approved sales plans and advertising.
4. Provides direction, supervision and support to the retail business of the company.
5. Develops customized plans and strategies for the stores to achieve sales and profitability goals and operational efficiency in the immediate and long term.
6. Develops a strong sales team in all stores, motivates and enhances the retail sales associates’ performance and instills in them passion, excellence, service, professionalism, creativity, innovation and teamwork.
7. Visits the stores regularly, oversees and monitors the daily operations.
8. Uses various social media platforms to create effective marketing campaigns.
9. Accomplishes other related tasks needed by the company from time to time.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing
• Strong, analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
