Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customers' needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
- Welcomes customers to the store and answers their queries.
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Find ways to increase client database for the company.
- Maintain loyalty of past clients through satisfactory service.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a College graduate of any business-related course.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Honest, dedicated, hardworking, and willing to learn.
