Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Researches, plans, designs, and administers building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials.

Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.
- Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.
- Addresses modifications desired by the management in co-ordination with Design Architect.
- Assists Project DevelopmentManager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all architectural correspondences.
- Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site
- Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Development Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Results Oriented
- Relationship Management
- Excellent Reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without excuses
