Content Specialist  

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a results-driven content specialist that is an expert in all things related to B2B content marketing, quality analysis and team management. You will be responsible for managing a team of Content Writers to meet the company’s overall goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a content and SEO strategy for lead generation (including blog posts, white papers, ebooks, webinars, email, social, etc.) that attracts qualified traffic to our properties
• Convert site traffic into leads through calls-to-action, landing pages, etc.
• Write and produce helpful content that’s aligned with the target audience’s needs and interests
• Carry out idea generation; vet ideas by determining which ones are worthy of further investment
• Tap into internal and external resources to contribute to content development
• Identify content gaps and monitor competitors’ content
• Monitor team’s progress and ensures quality assurance
• Work with the marketing team to continuously refine the lead generation and client acquisition process

• Degree in Marketing, Business or any related field
• Experience in managing a team related to the role and quality analysis
• Previous experience in a similar B2B marketing role is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Filipino, both written and oral
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, SEO strategies and best practices
• Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Must be highly creative and innovative
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
