Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems or software.
- Responds to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolates problem and determines and implements solutions.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor and respond to requests received thru the IT helpdesk
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A degree in Computer Science, Management or any related field is a plus.
- At least a year of relevant experience
- Must have a background in customer/technical support.
- Diagnostic and analytical skills for software.
- Experience in using Administrative Tools.
- Amenable to work on a night shift.
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
