Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The primary function of the Design Quality Assurance Specialist is to validate the accuracy, consistency, and clarity of design outputs in order to uphold Company performance standards and eliminate errors. This position requires strong attention to detail, initiative, the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and a solid understanding of the overall design and specification process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Master the clients' brand guidelines.
- Reviews and verifies project/task briefs to ensure completeness and clarity.
- Analyzes and reviews design outputs to ensure brand guidelines compliance prior to submission.
- Notifies team member/designer if the design appears to have an error, inaccurate or incomplete.
- Compiles and submits daily QA reports to the Management.
- Develops insights and make recommendations to the Management on areas for optimization.
- Attends meetings and training as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2-3 years of related design experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has a strong attention to detail.
- Has an interest in the industry and social trends.
- Must be flexible and willing to work extended hours.
