Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, lead, organize, control and upgrade reinsurance operations and staff performance.
- Submission of Management reports, plans, objectives
- Solicit new/renewal facultative/treaty business in order to contribute on the attainment of the production goal/brokerage or agreed target for year 2021 for all lines of business.
- Develop and open up relationships with new sources of reinsurance support/facilities through brokers, reinsurance companies.
- Secure facultative support from approved and acceptable local and foreign securities.
- Develop and open up relationships with new reinsurers local and foreign.
- Maintain collection targets for RI premiums at least within 120 days from inception.
- Facilitate reinsurers’ payments of loss recoveries.
- Maintain cordial relationships with various producers through visitation, attending social functions and formal and informal activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate with MBA preferred
- Deep, solid network in the Insurance/Reinsurance Industry and with great reputation
- At least 10 years experience in the industry
- Proven track record in delivering results
- Proven track record in effectively managing and coaching teams
- With solid integrity and high enthusiasm
- Outstanding communication skill
- Big picture orientation and can deep dive in details
- Member of SOUND of PIC is an advantage (with connections already)
