Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Own the product features which includes the technical product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders on defining the product features, and making decisions about implementation and deliverables.
- Define the product requirements that merge customer needs with company goals, and drive the creation & testing of the prototype to validate them
- Scope development efforts and manage release planning based on business & customer impacts
- Drive product launches & updates including working with public relations team, executives, and other relevant team members
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding to all parties & stakeholders involved
- Anticipate details of future improvements by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3+ years functioning as a technical product manager or related experience managing digital products, preferably in Tech company
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and build consensus without direct authority
- Thrives in ambiguities and ability to resolve issues. Strong negotiation skills to get buy-ins from across the organization on scope, product features, and deliverable time lines
- Demonstrated experience taking a software product from initial vision, through requirements, implementation, test, deployment and to an operational support model
